• Conceptualized, designed, developed & delivered a complete turn-key line for manual MIG welding of bus body components, viz; Front Frame, Rear Frame, Under Frame, Roof Frame, Side Frame LH/RH, Side Luggage Box & Rear Seat Box (25 manual fixtures, 2 motorized trunnions, tackles & working platforms)
  • Delivered a semi-automatic turnkey line for introduction of a new premium hatch-back model in an existing production line for Front Floor, Rear Floor & Long Rail assemblies (6 new fixtures, major modification in 22 existing fixtures)
  • Delivered a brand new line for robotic spot welding & riveting of BIW sub-assemblies like Sun-Roof, Front Frame, Side Panels Inner/Upper & Reinforcement Pillar A for a premium SUV & notch-back model (11 fixtures, 3 robots)
  • Delivered a complete bus body welding line for 24 variants ranging from a wheel-base of 5.5m to 10.5m, including Front, Rear, Base, Roof, Roof Panelling, Side LH/RH & Framing (Shell) stations for India’s largest bus manufacturer
  • Delivered a complete new line for MIG welding of Car Cross Beam (CCB) assemblies for 8 variants for a premium SUV & notch-back model, the end customer being the world’s largest automotive group (24 fixtures, 9 robots)
