Conceptualized, designed, developed & delivered a complete turn-key line for manual MIG welding of bus body components, viz; Front Frame, Rear Frame, Under Frame, Roof Frame, Side Frame LH/RH, Side Luggage Box & Rear Seat Box (25 manual fixtures, 2 motorized trunnions, tackles & working platforms)

Delivered a semi-automatic turnkey line for introduction of a new premium hatch-back model in an existing production line for Front Floor, Rear Floor & Long Rail assemblies (6 new fixtures, major modification in 22 existing fixtures)

Delivered a brand new line for robotic spot welding & riveting of BIW sub-assemblies like Sun-Roof, Front Frame, Side Panels Inner/Upper & Reinforcement Pillar A for a premium SUV & notch-back model (11 fixtures, 3 robots)

Delivered a complete bus body welding line for 24 variants ranging from a wheel-base of 5.5m to 10.5m, including Front, Rear, Base, Roof, Roof Panelling, Side LH/RH & Framing (Shell) stations for India’s largest bus manufacturer

Delivered a complete new line for MIG welding of Car Cross Beam (CCB) assemblies for 8 variants for a premium SUV & notch-back model, the end customer being the world’s largest automotive group (24 fixtures, 9 robots)

Design & Engineering

Delivered simulation, 3D design & 2D detailing for multi-model toy-tabbing & main framing stations having cycle times of just over one minute. These projects were done exclusively for our headquarter, whose end customer is one of UK’s largest & premier car manufacturer

Repeat design & engineering order was delivered for the same customer for a similar installation as mentioned above, this time for a project in Slovakia

Delivered 3D & 2D designs for 8 completely automatic fixtures & 10 material handling grippers, including structure design for Body Side Inner/Outer & Rear Quarter for our headquarter, for one of the world’s largest BEV manufacturer based in California, USA.

Delivered complete process, 3D design & 2D detailing for a 42-fixture automatic line having 21 robots for MIG welding of Front Mod, Rear Mod & Main Mod of chassis for a passenger vehicle

Delivered designs for a 4-face turn-table based robotic roller hemming cell for a 2-model LH/RH door for a commercial vehicle. Fixtures were provided with a piano clamping arrangement. Scope also included supply of hemming head, robot programming & quality prove-out

Export

Delivered our first ever export shipment to our headquarter in the Netherlands for manufacturing of standard parts which included base plates, robot mounting plates, grouting assemblies, robot brackets, tool changer adapters & dummy tool changers for a project installed in the United Kingdom

Delivered second export order for Mainline skids for a commercial vehicle project to be installed in Belgium

Received multiple further orders for manufacturing of 4-face turn-table base frames, conveyor tooling, automation palettes, put-down stands & robot gripper adapters
